High-quality steel is laser cut to measure before being bent into the bowl shape. This bowl is then welded to the sink’s frame. This method allows for crisper internal angles in the bowl with a very narrow radius – ideal for minimal sink designs. As there is no mould, the steel stays smoother and retains its original thickness, even at the bottom of the bowl.
High grade undercoating
A deluxe undercoating is applied to all of our sinks, which eliminates condensation, helps maintain water temperature and provides maximum sound absorption.

Deep, spacious bowls
Weld-Moulding technology allows to make out deep, spacious bowls and straight side walls with tight radius or square corners to not only offer maximum bowl space to accommodate large pots and pans,but also allows even more capacity in the same amount of space for more dishes and glasses.Off-centred and rear-positioned drain holes for maximum usable bowl and cabinet storage space.

Q: Is possible to inspect the cargos in Fook factory before loading?
A: Yes, all customers are warmly welcome to inspect the cargos before loading.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: "Quality is priority.''Our inspector QC will check the goods in every procedure and modify the parts once they find any problems from them. For our salesman will also check our goods and take photos for every procedure for our client to confirm.
Q: Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on sinks product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.

Q: How long is your lead time?
A: Normally, 30 days for 20’GP and 45days for 40’HQ upon deposit. However, for special case, we’ll make efforts to meet your plan.
Q: Does your handmade sink need to pay for the expensive dumping tax when export to America or Canada?
A: Our sinks are handmade sink series, including undermount , topmount, apron sink. And the most advantage of our sink products is no need to pay for the dumping tax .
